Canadian Youth Climate Assembly
The Canadian Youth Climate Assembly (CYCA) is a national initiative engaging young people in shaping Canada’s climate future. Representing every region and the full socio-demographic diversity of Canada, they developed and presented their climate priorities directly to Parliament, demonstrating how deliberative democracy can move beyond polarization and focus on shared, solutions-driven outcomes.

We worked with the CYCA team to develop a cohesive identity system built around a circular CYCA mark, referencing both the planet and the interconnectedness of participants across the country. A bold palette of fluorescent green and bright blue set against a black background offers a fresh, contemporary take on the colours of nature and earth—bringing energy, clarity, and urgency to the visual language.
The identity was extended across a 50+ page English and French report, website, signage, and supporting communications materials, creating a consistent and flexible system across all touchpoints
