We worked with OurCare to create an identity that aligns with their forward-thinking mission and vision for the future of primary care in Canada. The design draws inspiration from geometric forms, symbolizing key themes such as connection, relationships, unity, and the collective journey toward progress. These shapes represent not just the healthcare system, but also the interconnectedness of individuals, communities, and professionals working together to improve primary care.

The logotype, crafted in a clean, modern sans-serif typeface, offers a fresh and simple approach that ensures clarity and legibility. Its versatility allows for easy adaptation across both English and French language applications, reflecting the bilingual nature of the initiative. This approach ensures that the brand identity feels cohesive and inclusive, no matter the language.

In addition to the core identity, we extended the design across various touchpoints, including signage, a responsive website, and The OurCare Standard—a comprehensive report that serves as a key resource for health researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders. This report helps guide ongoing conversations around improving healthcare systems across Canada.
